We just wrapped up an amazing couple of days in Portland, Oregon, taking a deep dive into how to run a winning landscaping company and going behind the scenes of Pacific Landscape Management as part of the 2018 NALP Field Trip. In this video, I share one of the many takeaways from the event, live from Nike world headquarters, whose beautiful campus Pacific Landscape maintains and where attendees were treated to a special tour and dinner:

<br/>

Thank you to Bob Grover, Elias Godinez, and the whole winning team at Pacific Landscape for opening their doors to us and letting us see up close how you build and sustain an exceptional company and culture. We had a record turn-out for the event this year, and attendees left newly inspired and energized to move their companies forward.

And thanks also to the inimitable Frank Mariani for helping me lead the field trip, for sharing his wisdom and insights, and for always, *always* keeping me on my toes.

You win when you work as a team. Have a great week!
