Training your team is an investment in the future of your team, and in the overall success of your company. That’s a philosophy we embrace at Grunder Landscaping Co., and one you have no doubt heard me share before.

Next month at [GROW! 2021](https://www.growgroupinc.com/grow-2021), we will have a session dedicated to teaching landscaping companies the ins-and-outs of setting up a great training program for their team:

<br/>

Many companies do some form of training with their teams, but we’ll share the strategies, tips, and tools we used to build an effective training program at GLC in hopes you’ll find ways to make your own program better.

We’re looking forward to a great, and safe, [GROW! 2021](https://www.growgroupinc.com/grow-2021) on February 24–26, where we will have sessions dedicated to helping owners and their leadership teams improve their businesses as well as an exclusive tour of [Mullin](https://www.mullinlandscape.com/). [Learn more about what we have planned](https://www.growgroupinc.com/grow-2021).

I will see you in New Orleans,

Marty Grunder
President & CEO
The Grow Group & Grunder Landscaping Co.
