It was great having a small group of success-minded landscape pros together for our Grunder Landscaping Co. Field Trip last week in Dayton, Ohio. We opened up our own home base to them to teach from, and we also learned some new tips and tricks ourselves. We love this event because it's small enough for us to really get to know each of the businesses in the room and understand what they need to get out of this event to make their business successful.

One attendee, Adam Dukes from [Grandscapes](https://i7.t.hubspotemail.net/e2t/tc/VVvjK95KX8LrW8WWBgS2JXN5JW6G5rDL4pqKcSN3S9PGQ3p_8SV1-WJV7CgNKvN5JXMJRw-Dq3W4BXyvn5rBBtrW3rqRB98VrLYCW8qQ6cP2txPTKN9f4vp0cnNh1VVL1sj7TLjrjW87Ndkj2yT5W5W14jD2v6ffHxRVVTdX849DZ96W4PM3nG2d3-dVN4QrdlvgHD1WW3JglD-44dxXhW7plHSB7wV-lKW2SjqvF6392G3W4FsXq630PkrdW3ZlXJ-5WbF3rW5QLB0z3Lxl8SW5gTnk98HgBn2W7v3L3Z8kJGb7W58KtTP8X7kHmW86xWzw9jHb2wW8lJ2hT5mWKYx316x1) in Mount Pleasant, SC, took a moment to share with Vince what him and his team took away from this event:

For your own company this week, think about what Adam shared. How can you help your team understand what you as a leader are trying to accomplish? What can you do to help them continue learning and growing?

As always, if there's anything we can do to help you drop us a line at [grow@growgroupinc.com](mailto:grow@growgroupinc.com). We'll talk to you next week!
