NALP FT Headers (4)

Fasten your seatbelts for this fun-filled, idea-packed adventure with some of the best in the business.

Go behind the scenes at the seventh annual Field Trip, presented by NALP and The Grow Group. This event combines an interactive, in-depth facility tour with education sessions to enable landscaping companies to learn from some of the most successful operators in the country.

In 2024, we're doubling the fun with TWO Field Trips.

Field Trip at Landscape Workshop
June 11-12, 2024
Birmingham, AL

Field Trip at Sebert Landscaping
September 17-18, 2024
Chicago, IL

As always, this event will include a tour of the company's facility, an up-close look at their fleet, and a deep dive into the processes that make them uniquely successful. Each event will have a different focus as we dial into what both Landscape Workshop and Sebert Landscaping do best.

Best event I’ve ever attended. I left with three pages of takeaways to improve our company.

Event Overviews

Field Trip at landscape workshop
june 11-12, 2024
Birmingham, al

Landscape Workshop has grown rapidly thanks to their data-driven approach. Acquisitions have been a key part of their growth, but make no mistake: just buying a company is not enough to guarantee success. This company has smart leaders in place who know what to look for in an acquisition target, and know what to do to set each branch up for success.

What we'll cover:

  • The metrics that Landscape Workshop uses to evaluate branch and individual performance
  • How metrics can take the subjectivity out of performance reviews
  • What companies can do to maintain a consistent culture across multiple locations
  • How teams maintain a standard of work across Landscape Workshop's 26 markets
