Are Your Company's Trucks Set Up For Success?

We’re approaching buying time for landscaping companies, and many are making their purchasing decisions for 2021 in the next month or so. Before you commit, join us to learn what industry experts say are the most important considerations to make your trucks work for you. In two live, one-hour sessions, Marty Grunder, president and CEO of Grunder Landscaping Co., and Vince Torchia, vice president of The Grow Group, will show you step by step how to:

  • Set and understand your budget for new equipment

  • Weigh the pros and cons of new and used equipment

  • Decide when to buy additional trucks or equipment and when it’s best to rent

  • Share the real purchasing strategies used by other successful landscaping companies

  • Set up the most efficient trucks, trailers, and sales vehicles to make you money and delight your team

They’ll be joined in the second session by business-owners from across the country who will share their own truck setups as examples. In addition to our team, you’ll hear from:

Trucking - Taylor

Taylor Milliken is owner president of Milosi Landscape in Nashville, TN. Taylor and his team did $9 million in annual revenue in 2020 and are rapidly growing with a goal of reaching $25 million in the next 5 years. Their maintenance crews drive Isuzu Cab-Overs and their construction teams drive Ford F-450s.

Trucking - Jarod

Jarod Hynson, President of Earth, Turf, & Wood in Denver, PA. Jarod’s company does about $3 million in annual revenue serving mostly residential clients. The uniformity in their fleet, the customized setups, and their attention to detail set this company’s trucks apart from others in the industry.

Andy Campbell, President of Campbell Landscaping in Canton, OH. Andy and his team do about $1.5 million in annual revenue each year, and their truck setups are a perfect example of how a growing company can make purchasing decisions now that set the team up for success in the future.

Make sure you're ready to make the right truck and equipment purchases for 2021!
