Building Effective Relationships in Sales and Operations
The bread and butter of your company, these two factions NEED to work well together - and with your clients - for the company to be successful. In this session, Marty Grunder of Grunder Landscaping Co. and The Grow Group will dissect what he sees successful companies doing to ensure they have strong relationships with clients and how they facilitate great internal relationships among their teams as well. We’ll dive deep into how Russell Landscape does this, too. With clients who have stuck with their company for over 30 years, they clearly are doing this well!
- How successful sales teams build and foster relationships with clients
- Processes that ensure a successful handoff between sales and production
- How production teams contribute to relationships with clients and the success of an account
- Processes to help sales teams sell more to their existing customers
The Wrap Up
Marty Grunder will summarize what attendees have seen and heard during our time together, and share his thoughts on what attendees should take away from touring and learning from Russell Landscape.
