Effective time management each day begins by looking ahead and anticipating what will be needed in the months, days, and weeks ahead. In this session, Marty and Vince will share what teams should be doing to keep their calendar organized and prepare for the jobs coming up on the schedule.


1–2 P.M. ET

Your Ideal Week
Understanding what your ideal week looks like can help you to stick to a reoccurring schedule that keeps you on track. This this session, Marty and Vince will share which meetings you should have each week, how you can use your calendar to make time for important tasks, and the strategies they each use to manage especially busy weeks.


2:15–3:15 P.M. ET

Your Ideal Day
Being able to have an ideal day each day is dependent on having goals and being disciplined. In this session, we’ll discuss what landscape pros need to do to set each day up for success, and how they can maintain organization and keep their cool through the 100 Days of Victory.

Includes live sessions online, worksheets, illustrative videos, and Q&As. We will share recordings of the live sessions with attendees after the event ends, you will have access to those recordings for 7 days.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds for virtual events. If your circumstances change and you are unable to attend the live sessions, let us know and we will provide you with access to a recording and learning materials for a limited time. Alternatively, you may receive a credit for the entire registration amount to apply to another Grow Group offering, good for 18 months, or you may transfer your registration to a substitute participant for the live sessions. No credits, transfers, or refunds are available on a transferred registration.
