Train Your Landscaping Crews for Success

The 100 days that lead up to July 4 have affectionately been called the “100 Days of Hell” by landscape professionals for years because of the chaos that normally fills them as we scramble to get all the work our clients want done by their timelines. Companies across the country struggle with effectively managing their time, and team members often work long hours to make up for it.

There are plenty of challenges during these 100 days, but there’s also tremendous opportunity if we’re able to use this time wisely. We prefer to call this time the “100 Days of Victory,” because we believe that while the time can be stressful it is also possible to win big, and the time to plan for a successful 2021 is now. Marty Grunder, president & CEO of The Grow Group and Grunder Landscaping Co., and Vince Torchia, vice president of The Grow Group and a trusted executive coach, understand first-hand how companies struggle to:

  • Prioritize their work to finish the most important tasks first.

  • Manage disruptions in their day.

  • Know what they should be working on each day to have the greatest impact on their company.

  • Control their calendar and get home by 5 each day.

In three one-hour, live sessions Marty and Vince will share their strategies for making the most of the busy season and will give you steps to take to make your days, weeks, and months more effective. People often ask Marty how he is able to run two businesses, not miss family events, and stay engaged with the work in front of him. Him and Vince will share how they manage it all and still keep their cool. In this session, you’ll learn how to:

  • Boss your calendar so you can be proactive more often than reactive.

  • Sort through the challenges to determine what needs your time, what can wait, and what should be delegated.

  • Manage your time with simple time-saving strategies and tricks that are easy to implement.

Marty has a wealth of kowledge, and he's open and willing to share it with you to help you improve"
